How do I book?

You can contact us and speak to our bookings team, or book online now through our live website.

How do I book more than one product online?

You can book up to eight different inflatables or products online, per order. To do this, just select add more assets at the top of the booking form.

Do you send a booking confirmation?

Yes, once you have made your booking, we will send you a confirmation email with your booking reference, all the details of your booking and any additional information or documentation you require.

How do I pay?

If you have chosen to pay by cash on delivery then payment is required in full on delivery. You can also pay via PayPal, credit/debit card of Apple Pay, when booking through our online booking system. We can also invoice for advance payment.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, we offer a 10% discount on three or more items booked at the same time. This online discount will automatically be added once you select three or more items.

Where do you deliver to?

We are a Swindon based company and we deliver to Newbury, Reading, Berkshire, Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, and Oxfordshire. Check our online booking system for delivery areas. In case your postcode is not listed, we may still be able to deliver subject to logistics and availability. However, please note that our minimum spend for local postcodes not listed would start from £395, plus travel costs. For more information on delivery prices, Please contact us

What are your delivery times?

We deliver and set up our units between 8 am and 11 am and collect after 5 pm. Overnight hire is also available on most item. We can also arrange specific delivery and collection times for corporate venues, fun days, schools, community centres and village halls. To do this, just select you require specific delivery and collection times, and place the times in the notes box when booking online.

How do I Cancel?

All cancellations and amendments must be done via email and are subject to our terms and conditions.

How much does an inflatable or castle cost to run on electricity?

We only use the most economic blower fans (Gibbon). Each inflatable will use between £1 and £2 of electricity per day.

Are your bouncy castles safe?

Just like an MOT on a car, all equipment has to be tested annually by law. All our electrical equipment has been PAT tested annually and all bouncy castles are annually PIPA or RPII tested and meet British Standards.

We need a bouncy castle with a PIPA or RPII Annual Test Certificate and Tag!

No problem, all of our bouncy castles have PIPA Certificates and Tags which are in date. This is required by many local authorities and venues.

Can you supply risk assessments?

Yes, we can supply copies of risk assessments, method statements, equipment test certificates, public liability insurance and employers liability insurance on request.

What happens if it rains?

All our bouncy castles come with shower covers where stated and weatherproof electrics with RCD Circuit Breakers and are still able to be used in light rain. Of course, the equipment may become wet and slippery and then it is down to parental discretion as to whether the inflatable is deemed safe to use. Sky's The Limit Entertainment use the Met Office weather reports as an indication on forecasts. Should there be a Met Office Amber Alert warning for wind and rain, we will accept cancellations up to 48 hours, prior to the morning of delivery, without charge on residential hires. All other cancellations will be charged at full rate. We will deliver and set up our inflatables in all weather conditions, except high winds, unless otherwise informed.

What surfaces can your inflatables be placed on?

All of our inflatables can only be placed outside on grass, as they require pegging down to stop them moving and blowing away. Or setup indoors on a hard surface.

Are you insured?

Yes, we have £5,000,000 public liability insurance, which covers any accidents and injuries caused by our equipment failing or from incorrect or unsafe installation.

Will I need to provide anything?

All of our equipment requires a 13amp 240Volt standard socket within thirty meters of each inflatable unit.

What if I do not have an electricity supply?

For an extra charge, we can supply petrol blowers and generators if no electricity supply is available. Generators and petrol blowers should be booked in advance from Sky's The Limit Entertainment, as we do not allow the use of generators from other suppliers with our equipment.

Do I need to do anything before you arrive?

On the day of your product or inflatable arriving, please make sure we can gain access to the area in which the equipment is to be placed and that the area in which the product/inflatable is to be placed is clean, tidy and cleared. For example, cars, rubbish and bin bags must be moved or removed to avoid delays to both yourself and the next customer.

Can I hire your bouncy castles and inflatables and inflate them indoors?

Yes, we hire all of our inflatables, bouncy castles, sumo suits and games indoors if required. Make sure you have checked the celling height at the venue. All our measurements can be found in the product disruption at the bottom of the page.

When do you hire?

We hire 362 days a year, day or night, No outdoor hires from the 31st of September to March 2025
